Here at Mitchell, we are taking extra measures and precautions recommended by the CDC, State, and Federal authorities to safely provide all of our services to our clients without delays. Your safety and the safety of our employees is our highest priority here at Mitchell. During this time, it is essential that each of us practice simple, preventative measures as recommended by the public health authorities. We require our employees to wear a mask at all times when inside our stores, at a customer’s home or business, or when conversing with a customer outdoors. Additionally, we have advised our team on personal hygiene and social distancing techniques, and have provisioned workplaces with sanitary supplies. Below are some guidelines to help benefit both you and our employees during this time.
- If you have a service/install scheduled and someone in your home is sick or has had close contact with a positive COVID-19 case, please alert us. We can easily reschedule or take appropriate measures to minimize any delays or interruptions in your service.
- Keep a safe distance away (six to eight feet) after letting one of our employees into your home and avoid physical contact which includes handshaking. You can also arrange to leave a key if you do not want to be at home. If you have a separate entrance to your residence (i.e. basement or garage doors), we can use that.
- If you normally come by the office to pay your bill in person, we kindly ask that you adjust your routine. You can make a payment on our website, over the phone or we can set-up an automatic payment if you’d like
