Prebuy
Heating oil prices can vary a great deal during the heating season, and that can make your heating costs unpredictable. Secure your pricing for the season and pre-purchase your annual supply of heating oil at a discounted fixed price with the Prebuy. Your price will not change for the amount of gallons you have purchased until the expiration of the agreement. If you have any gallons remaining on the contract, your remaining funds can be used for other products and services with Mitchell. The Prebuy program is only available for purchase from April 1 until October 31 in Connecticut, but is available year-round for our New York customers.
Price Cap with Budget Plan
Do you like the idea of putting a limit on your heating oil price per gallon and potentially saving money? Our Flexible Price Cap is the plan for you! You lock in the maximum price per gallon for the year and you won’t pay a penny more than that. If heating oil posted price fall below your capped price, you’ll pay that lower price! Combine that with the convenience of 12 equal monthly installments, you can see how it makes managing your heating oil costs easy.
Fixed Price with Budget Plan
Are you risk-averse when it comes to managing your household bills? Mitchell has the perfect plan: our Fixed Price and Budget Plan! First you lock in your heating oil’s per-gallon price, and then you spread your heating oil costs over 12 equal installments. You know exactly what your payments will be each month. Another benefit is that you can enroll at any time.
AutoPay
Life is pretty busy, between work, family and other obligations. Mitchell takes paying your heating oil bill off your to-do list with our AutoPay service. Your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account. Also, if you use a credit card that has a rewards program to pay your bill, you could get those rewards from your card more quickly.
