When Norbert E. Mitchell began his heating oil company, following World War II, he operated the business out of his Danbury home.
More than 80 years later, the company has become the Greater Danbury area’s leader for residential and commercial fuel services, HVAC equipment services and more!
Our growth means that we have locations all around our service area.
Offices: We have offices at our original building in Danbury, as well as in Woodbury and Goshen, along with Bedford Hills, New York. These office locations, along with multiple fuel terminals throughout our service area, allow the Mitchell team to promptly and reliably serve our customers.
Gas stations and convenience stores: We also make your life easier with our nine conveniently located gas stations and convenience stores. They take service to the next level, with features at some locations including:
- hot and cold sandwiches
- breakfast
- cafés
- propane grill tank filling stations
- a touchless car wash
Some of our locations are open around the clock, so if you’re a shift worker or heading home after a long day at the beach, we’ll be here for you.
