As of July 1, 2025, both Connecticut and New York officially require a 10% BioBlend in heating oil. This new standard means that all heating oil delivered in CT and NY is now a B10 blend—10% biodiesel mixed with 90% traditional heating oil. • Recycled cooking oil
• Animal fats and natural byproducts
