Remember to Schedule Your A/C Tune-Up

As many of us learned during last summer’s heat wave, having your air conditioning system serviced annually is vital to your family’s comfort. In addition to ensuring that your air conditioning is there when you need it, a properly serviced A/C unit runs more efficiently which saves you money on your cooling bills and lessens your impact on the environment.

“Every tune-up includes the following services: indoor/outdoor coil cleaning, filter replacement, belt inspection/replacement, lubrication of system motors, flushing of condensate drains and pumps, Freon replacement (where necessary), and final temperature readings.
