Because the Cap Plan has a price “ceiling” you’ll have the security and peace of mind knowing that should oil prices rise unexpectedly you will never pay more than the ceiling price. However, should the market fall you’ll receive the lower price when a delivery is made.

Easy, Monthly Budget Payments

In addition to the protection the Cap Plan offers on oil prices it also aims to protect your savings as well. You’ll pay the same amount in the winter as you pay in the summer because we divide your average annual fuel costs from past winters into level monthly payments.

If it’s warmer than average, and you use less oil than expected, you can apply the extra funds from your budget plan to pay for a tune-up, upgrade to high-efficiency and cost-saving equipment, or apply it to other Mitcehll products and services.

What if the winter goes arctic? You’ll benefit from a capped oil price and the peace of mind knowing that even high use periods will be leveled off thanks to the 12 convenient monthly budget payments.
